To encourage and facilitate more one-on-one time with instructors, classroom sizes are kept small. For English, Math and ESL, the maximum student-to-teacher ratio is 3:1, whereas for the computer lab the ratio is 5:1.
All computers at Educational Services are internet-connected, and every classroom is equipped with at least one computer for students’ use, except the Computer Lab which has six. The computer lab is also equipped with an interactive Teamboard® from Egan. The Teamboard enables the students to see the instructor run programs and lead classroom activities on a 4′x3′ touch screen mounted at the front of the classroom.
A study room is available, which affords students a quiet area to complete assignments, to make up missed hours, or to simply do assignments where an instructor is readily available for additional help.
We also provide a fully equipped kitchen, offering students free coffee, tea, and filtered water.
