My passion for teaching adults began as an Area Trainer for Girl Guides of Canada.

So, I had to go back to school in order to fulfill my dreams of teaching adults as a profession. I graduated from Brock University in 1995 with my B.A. in English Literature and my B.Ed. in Adult Education.

From there, I gained experience working for an adult learning facility but felt there was just something missing in their approach and atmosphere. In 2004, Educational Services was opened on Parkdale with all the elements I had envisioned.

I am proud of the end results and a quick look at our statistics will confirm the success of our students.

I teach Math, English, and English as a Second Language (ESL).

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from McMaster University(2007) and my Bachelor of Education from D’Youville College(2009).

I am an Ontario certified teacher with additional qualifications in Special Education, Reading, and English.

I teach English, ESL, and Computers. I am certified in Adult Education, Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

In addition to being a Certiport Authorized IC3 (Internet and Computing Core) Educator, I am also a certified Microsoft Office Specialist in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am currently completing my final year of study at Brock University working towards my Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in English.
